Was the Tank Museum’s engine originally from the collection's Kleiner Panzerbefehlswagen (Sd.Kfz.265)? Our interest was sparked when we noted the 600-watt dynamo fitted to this Maybach NL 38 TR. Our assumption, at this point, was that only command vehicles were fitted with this dynamo . . .
