This week saw us engaged in stripping down a Maybach NL38 TR engine. Our research into the Sd.Kfz 223 and 222 Ausf A continues with us identifying the specific seats used prior to the 5 Serie (3 piece body) armoured cars being introduced. To read what we discovered it is covered in an article in this weeks Inside Track. Floor plate has been extensively examined - all those pertinent to the MNH Jagdpanthers of 1945 and the le. Panzerspaehwagen range Sd.Kfz 222 and 223. We are planning ahead to determine which patterns of floor plate will be required for these projects.

We are also awaiting our Typ v chassis next week. This has been cleaned of rust and will be subjected to many months of repair to restore it to a condition fit for assembly.
